This winter has felt VERY LONG for most of us. Many people are feeling extremely tired, down, unmotivated and off-track with eating and exercise. It is easy to fall into the vicious cycle of exhaustion and excuses in the winter, but we CAN bring ourselves out of the winter doldrums to get back on track.
