Greta Chase MPC (P)
Greta is a Mental Performance Consultant (MPC, provisional) with a Master of Human Kinetics – Intervention and Consultation from the University of Ottawa. She is regulated by the Canadian Sport Psychology Association and brings over two years of experience running her own consulting business. Greta has supported individuals and teams across a variety of performance settings—including sport, music, and team culture—using a blend of individual sessions and group workshops.
We’re excited to welcome Greta to our team as part of our growing interdisciplinary approach to healthy weight loss and lifestyle change.
At our clinic, Greta focuses on the mental and emotional aspects of lifestyle change. Many patients know what they “should” be doing—but struggle with motivation, emotional and life barriers, perfectionism, or staying consistent. Greta helps address these common mindset barriers, offering practical strategies rooted in evidence and delivered with compassion.
Patients can book individual sessions with Greta (in-person or virtually), and she will also be offering small-group workshops on topics like overcoming all-or-nothing thinking, navigating setbacks, and building motivation that lasts. If you’ve ever felt like your mindset is holding you back, Greta may be the missing link in your wellness journey—and we’re so glad to have her on board.
