Hot Broccoli Dip

An excellent alternative to spinach dip, this can be made ahead and baked when needed!

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups broccoli florets, chopped
¾ cup shredded cheese (suggested: combination of mozzarella and cheddar)
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup chopped red peppers
¼ cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate or a small shallow baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Serve with cut up vegetables.

Makes approximately 8 servings; Count 2 tablespoons as 1 fat.
