Layered Lunchtime Salad

Ingredients:
½ C Coleslaw mix
1 tbsp low-calorie Ranch dressing
½ C frozen peas, thawed
30g sliced deli turkey breast, coarsely chopped
¼ C shredded cheddar cheese
Method:
• Layer ingredients in small covered container.
• Shake container to coat salad with dressing just before serving.
Makes 1 serving, count as ½ Fat, 1 restricted vegetable and 2 protein.
