Fake It 'Til You Make It!

Healthy eating is a must for maintaining a healthy body. Correct eating and regular exercising is way better than mere dieting, but mostly correct eating is driven by the thoughts we generate. To achieve a healthy eating lifestyle, we must ‘trick' the brain into believing this is what we want, even though it continually wants to return to our old unhealthy patterns of eating.

We are programmed to eat whatever is easily available. Eating right requires a conscious effort. Also, normally the foods that are tasty have a very high sugar or carbohydrate content and are easily available. Hence, the subconscious mind has to be reprogrammed for "proper” eating. The following healthy-eating affirmations will help in these efforts.

Select a few healthy-eating affirmations that fit your requirement. Write them down (rather than type them). Repeat them many times daily for a few months (at least six months) and see your eating habits change for a better and healthier you.

You can do it. Don't ever give up!
