Ingredients: 1 large head of broccoli 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 1 pound Italian hot or mild sausage, in crumbles or small pieces Directions: Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets. A delicious, hearty casserole that could be paired with cauli- or broccoli-rice or eaten on its own. Adding a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and more hot sauce before eating really enhances the flavour!
