Sesame Shrimp Skewers

These shrimp skewers are fast to make and delicious to eat!  Pair with a salad or roasted veggies for a great summer meal.  This marinade could also be used with chicken or tofu. Cheesy Taco Bites

These delicious taco bites are great with a salad, or wrapped in lettuce with avocado and salsa! They are also tasty when eaten between two cucumber rounds. They freeze well and can be reheated for a quick meal or snack!
