Ingredients: 8 oz. goat cheese, at room temperature 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature 1 tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives 1 tbsp. fresh thyme leaves 1 tbsp. finely grated lemon zest Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 1/2 c. toasted pine nuts Directions: Beat goat cheese, cream cheese, parsley, chives, thyme, and lemon zest with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined, about 1 minute.
