Cheesy Taco Bites

These delicious taco bites are great with a salad, or wrapped in lettuce with avocado and salsa! They are also tasty when eaten between two cucumber rounds. They freeze well and can be reheated for a quick meal or snack! Planning is Key for the Holidays

If we attempt to eat ‘perfectly’ during the holidays we’re more likely to fall into that all-or-nothing trap, and overindulge without restraints after the first “mistake”.  By preplanning treats, you are less likely to feel a loss of control. Office Re-opening June 15

Crispy Zucchini Fries

These delicious crispy fries are a great substitute for the potato version!  One of our clients passed this along, and said it turned out great.  Original recipe from: www.wholesomeyum.com.  Ingredients 2 medium zucchini ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese (or if you have the pre-grated, shake-bottle parmesan, that’s fine too!) 1 large egg ¼ tsp garlic powder (or garlic salt) ¼ tsp black pepper Directions Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C).
