This is a warm breakfast that can be made on the stovetop or in the microwave for a hearty and satisfying start to the day! It is high in fiber to help keep us regular also.

½ Cup water (or milk, almond milk, coconut milk)
2 tablespoons hemp hearts
2 tablespoons almond flour
2 tablespoons ground flax
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Optional add-ins:
Vanilla essence

• Mix all ingredients together and cook on the stovetop, stirring constantly until thickened and hot.
• Serve warm.
• For microwave cooking, stir all ingredients together and microwave until thickened, about 2 minutes.

Makes 1 serving; count as your fats for the day.
