Easy Chicken and Broccoli Divan

Easy and delicious!
Ingredients
3 cups broccoli florets, cooked (1 head)
2 cups skinless, chicken breast, cubed and cooked
1 can Condensed Low fat Cream of Broccoli Soup (recommended: Campbell’s)
1/3 cup milk
½ cup shredded light Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Arrange broccoli and chicken in 1 quart baking dish.
Mix together the soup and milk in a small bowl and then pour mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix the bread crumbs with the melted butter and sprinkle it over the mixture.
Bake until heated through and bubbling, about 25 minutes.
Notes
Makes 4 servings
Count each serving as 3 proteins and ½ dairy.

Very good and easy. However, next time I wlll add some mushrooms and perhaps some onions and zucchini as I felt it needed some more veggies. I may also look for a broccoli soup that has less sodium as I found the campbells very salty!

Easy and delicious is right! I added 1 1/2 cups of grape tomatoes and it turn out so well, there wasn't any left-overs.

No rating yet because it is cooking now. This recipe doesn't have the oven temperature written on here. The can says 425 for 20 minutes. I'm trying 400 because our oven tends to be hot. What temperature did you use when you made it?

I actually replaced chicken with leftover turkey...Entire family ate it!
