Dr. Bishop back from Egypt!

Dr. Bishop returned safely from Egypt on Oct. 18th after competing in the 2010 Lifesaving World Championships. He returned home with 7 medals - 4 silver and 3 bronze - after competing against many athletes who have been training in this sport since a very young age! Dr. Bishop is most proud of his "Ocean Man" competiton: kayaking a surf ski through ocean waves, dragging it onto the beach and running around a series of flags; hopping on to a paddle board and maneuvering it through ocean waves (using only his arms) around a series of buoys; dragging this up on the beach and running around a series of flags; and finishing with a 500m open-water ocean swim!
